Team building as part of successful partnerships

The article highlights the issues of implementing partnership pedagogy as one of the main components of the new Ukrainian school, which is focused on organising the educational process on the principles of mutual respect, cooperation and trust between all participants in the educational process. The new functions and roles of teachers in the context of educational reform and the organisation of a new educational space are defined. The interpretation of scientists on the emergence and essence of the concept of team building as an effective method of team building, as a model of corporate management is considered. The main components of the structure and stages of team building are outlined, types of team building are grouped according to the subject, place, season, method of interaction and other features. The conditions that determine the need for organisational measures aimed at team building are described. The article analyses the advantages and disadvantages of team building as one of the tools for improving team interaction and cohesion, which has a positive impact on the efficiency of teamwork, establishing communication, preventing conflicts and increasing the level of stress resistance, taking into account resource and time costs, individual characteristics of team members and compliance with goals and objectives. The main differences between a team and a group of people are identified in order to understand the specifics of their functioning, to define roles, levels of responsibility, productivity of joint work and achievement of planned results. The appropriateness of using team building in educational institutions as a way of establishing partnerships, an effective method of activating team activities, developing cooperation skills and healthy competition, increasing motivation, creating a pleasant atmosphere and replacing competition with cooperation is substantiated.
