Abstract

The study aims to comprehensively examine the motivational factors for selecting professional development courses among language and literature teachers in the context of modern educational transformations. The research methodology is based on a survey of  target groups of educators: teachers of foreign literature (20-25 participants in each group). The research results reveal the specifics of professional motivation in the context of educational system reform, identifying key needs and barriers to professional development. The scientific novelty lies in a comprehensive analysis of motivational mechanisms for professional development in the face of contemporary educational challenges.
