Pedagogy of partnership: essence, main ideas and principles

Abstract

The article actualizes the problem of the development of partnership pedagogy in a modern school. The issues of the essence of partnership pedagogy, its main ideas and principles are highlighted. The main technologies, forms and methods are considered. Purpose: to investigate the essence, main ideas and principles of partnership pedagogy as a key element of the modern educational system, in particular in the context of the implementation of the concept of "New Ukrainian School". Methods: analysis and synthesis of literature are used to determine the main provisions of partnership pedagogy, generalize data on its principles, observe the interaction of participants in the educational process and abstract to create a holistic vision of the topic. Results: it was determined that partnership pedagogy is an important tool for harmonious cooperation between teachers, students and parents, contributes to the formation of a democratic educational environment, supports child-centeredness and individual educational trajectories. The successful implementation of this approach requires compliance with the principles of equality, trust, mutual respect, dialogue, as well as the willingness of participants to cooperate. Conclusions: partnership pedagogy is a promising alternative to traditional teaching methods, which ensures the integration of modern pedagogical technologies, humanistic approach and social adaptation of students to new challenges. It should become a priority in reforming the educational system aimed at developing competitive and creative youth.
