The use of modern gymnastic devices and simulators in recreational swimming for teenagers

The article examines the importance of using gymnastic equipment and training devices in the process of adolescent recreational swimming. It is substantiated that the purposeful use of such means contributes to the improvement of physical development and strengthening of the health of adolescents. Features of various types of simulators and their impact on the body are considered. The purpose of the work is to systematize and demonstrate the possibilities of effective use of simulators and gymnastic devices to increase the health-improving effect of swimming among teenagers. The research uses methods of analysis of scientific sources, generalization of theoretical and empirical data, research, as well as modeling of the health-improving process in swimming. The main results testify to the significant influence of the use of gymnastic devices and simulators in the system of physical education of teenagers. This is an effective means of developing physical qualities and motor skills, taking into account their level of physical fitness. This approach allows you to individualize the learning process, contributing to the harmonious physical development of children. The use of gymnastic devices and simulators has the following advantages: ensuring a variety of motor activity, creating safe conditions for the development of physical qualities, as well as increasing interest in physical education. The analysis of the issue shows that modern recreational swimming is an effective and necessary system of means that selectively affect the organism in the aquatic environment. The main components of recreational swimming are distance swimming, means of recreation, basic forms of activity, as well as new types of motor activity. The use of gymnastic devices and simulators adds an "intellectual" element to the educational process, which optimizes the application of the principles of activity and awareness, increasing the efficiency and density of classes. Thanks to simulators, it is possible to significantly diversify the training process, to ensure a targeted effect on specific muscle groups, which is especially important during classes using recreational swimming equipment. Conclusions. The use of gymnastic devices and simulators in combination with recreational swimming plays a key role in the development of physical qualities of teenagers. The rational and methodical organization of exercises using gymnastic devices and simulators contributes to increasing the level of physical activity, the formation of sustainable motivation for a healthy lifestyle, and comprehensive physical development of schoolchildren.
