Abstract

The article examines the impact of innovative motivational programs on the academic achievements of higher medical education students. This issue is relevant given the complex nature of medical training and the key role of motivation in promoting academic success and professional development. The modern healthcare sector places high demands on training specialists who can effectively adapt to changing conditions and challenges.

The study's purpose is to analyse the impact of innovative motivational programmes on the academic achievements of higher medical education students, in particular, their ability to interest participants in the educational process, improve knowledge acquisition, and support the development of clinical skills.

Results. The analysis showed a significant positive correlation between introducing innovative motivational programs and the improvement of students'students' academic achievement. In particular, gamified learning environments demonstrate improved knowledge retention and increased enthusiasm for learning. Mentoring programs are associated with lower stress levels, higher levels of academic perseverance, and improved grades. Using professionally oriented case studies contributes to developing critical thinking and decision-making skills and higher education students' confidence in solving real medical situations.

Conclusions. The study confirms the transformational potential of innovative motivational programs in medical education. They contribute to solving specific problems faced by healthcare students, developing their engagement, resilience, and purposefulness. Implementing such strategies in the curricula of healthcare institutions with ongoing evaluation of their effectiveness is important to meet the current educational requirements and needs of the healthcare industry. These results serve as a basis for further improvement of educational approaches and training of highly qualified and motivated healthcare professionals.
