Structural and component approach to physical self-improvement of student youth

The article is devoted to the study of the structural-component approach in the physical self-improvement of student youth, which is considered as a methodological basis for the development of educational and training programs. The main attention is paid to the definition of the key components of the approach: motivational, cognitive, activity and reflexive, as well as their interaction in the context of modern challenges. The work presents an analysis of the domestic and foreign experience of applying this approach, including its use in educational programs of universities, sports and mass work, and extracurricular activities.
The authors emphasize the need to implement innovative methods to increase the level of physical activity among students, using motivational trainings and technologies. The study demonstrates that the structural-component approach allows taking into account the individual characteristics of students, ensuring the systematicity and adaptability of educational programs.
The results of the study confirm the effectiveness of the integration of the approach in higher education for the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the improvement of academic success and the development of personal responsibility. A model of the organization of physical self-improvement is proposed, taking into account international experience and the specifics of the Ukrainian education system. The conclusions of the work are aimed at improving pedagogical practice and developing recommendations for educational institutions.
