Abstract

The article is devoted to highlighting the results of the research and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the author's system of training qualified workers for professional activity in the Operational and Rescue Service of Civil Protection of Ukraine. The experimental study, during which the author's concept and the developed system of training qualified workers for professional activity in the Operational and Rescue Service of Civil Protection of Ukraine were tested, was carried out in structural units (departments of professional (vocational and technical) education) of higher education institutions of State Emergency Service of Ukraine and in departmental institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education (as part of special purpose emergency and rescue units). In accordance with the defined goal, the following tasks of the experimental study were identified: study of the state of readiness; justification of the structure of readiness; diagnostics of readiness, formation of control and experimental groups; organization and conduct of a formative experiment; analysis of the dynamics of the levels of readiness of qualified workers. According to the constructed model of the system of training qualified workers for professional activity in the Operational and Rescue Service of Civil Protection, at the constant stage of the pedagogical experiment, the structural components of the readiness of qualified workers were determined: motivational, cognitive, operational and personal, which ensure motivation and purposefulness, efficiency and effectiveness of actions to train qualified workers. To determine the level of preparedness of qualified workers, the following criteria were substantiated: motivational-value, cognitive-informational, emotional-volitional and activity-resultant ones. The identification of criteria and their indicators made it possible to determine the levels of preparedness: high, medium, sufficient. The results of the formative stage of the experiment confirmed the legitimacy and effectiveness of the developed system for training qualified workers for professional activity in the Operational Rescue Service of Civil Protection of Ukraine.
