Abstract

The article investigates the problem of the development of the educational environment and future skills in young people as a result of the professional training of a new generation of teachers for a united Europe of the 21st century. The aim is to analyze the essential target and content-technological aspects of organizing the professional development of a new generation of teachers in the relevant educational environment with the determination of the role of IT technologies with a sufficient level of formation of future skills and one of the main conditions for creating this environment, as a combination of traditional forms of professional training in higher education institutions with innovative ones with an orientation towards professional development. The work uses such methods as analysis, synthesis, generalization. In the conditions of professional training of a new generation of teachers for a united Europe of the 21st century, the ability to effectively use the capabilities of IT technologies in the relevant educational environment becomes extremely relevant, when the presentation of data from multimedia educational tools along with traditional texts and clarity change the means of presenting information in the didactic process. Thanks to this, the skills of the future come to the fore when both young people and teachers must possess the latest knowledge, practically oriented, in particular, transversal and cross-disciplinary competencies, an integrative worldview and humanistic values for the high-quality training of modern European youth. In this case, in the conditions of professional development of teachers of the new generation, the focus is not so much on satisfying information needs and providing information in a ready-made form, but, first of all, on forming their skills of the future in order to create new information. Thanks to this, a significant feature of the level of the educational environment is a high degree of information culture, which provides for the professional training of teachers through an increase in the level of teamwork skills and effective activity with the possibility of flexible adaptation to the development of youth for a united Europe of the 21st century.
