The article is dedicated to the theoretical substantiation of the importance of sports tourism as a component of basic military training, integrating physical, psychological, and tactical aspects. It examines the impact of sports tourism on physical fitness, stress resistance, tactical skills, and survival in extreme conditions. The article draws an analogy between actions in sports tourism and military operations, highlighting similarities in the need for physical endurance, navigation skills, teamwork, and decision-making in extreme conditions. These shared traits indicate that sports tourism can serve as an effective tool for military training, developing competencies crucial for performing military tasks. The main objectives of the article include identifying the influence of sports tourism on physical training, forming psychological resilience in military personnel, and analyzing the impact of sports tourism on the development of tactical skills. The aim of the article is to theoretically substantiate the significance of sports tourism as a component of basic military training, integrating physical, psychological, and tactical aspects to enhance the readiness of military personnel to perform tasks in various combat conditions. To achieve this goal, methods of scientific literature analysis, systematization, and data generalization on the impact of sports tourism on military training were employed. The results of the study confirm that sports tourism is an effective tool for the comprehensive preparation of military personnel: it promotes the development of endurance, strength, coordination, and agility; creates conditions for forming stress resistance, decisiveness, and the ability to make quick decisions; fosters the development of interaction, communication, and support skills within a group; and effectively develops skills necessary for military operations (navigation, overcoming obstacles). Conclusions. The integration of sports tourism into basic military training contributes to the comprehensive development of military personnel, enhancing their physical endurance, psychological resilience, and tactical efficiency. Further research is needed to systematize approaches to the use of sports tourism in modern military training conditions.
