The article stresses the importance of integrating school sports facilities into the overall system of physical education activities. The purpose of this research is a theoretical analysis of physical education and sports facilities in school infrastructure, taking into account the age and functional needs of students. In the current context, the problem of the mismatch between sports facilities and modern requirements has become urgent, as it negatively affects children's full physical development and the formation of a healthy lifestyle. The methods used include analysis and generalization of data obtained from programmatic and methodological documents, as well as advanced approaches in the design of sports facilities. The results of the study show that physical education and sports facilities play a key role in the full physical development of students, providing conditions for physical education lessons, extracurricular activities, and active recreation. Emphasis is placed on the importance of their modernization due to insufficient funding, non-compliance with modern safety standards, and the need for inclusivity. Conclusions: Physical education and sports facilities play a key role in the harmonious development of students and contribute to strengthening their health.
