Abstract

In the modern conditions of martial law in Ukraine, the aggravation of social problems, and the demographic crisis, full-fledged physical development of children, increasing the level of adaptation capabilities of their bodies, is of great importance. One of the important directions for solving this problem is the introduction of new progressive pedagogical technologies in preschool physical education. Introduction. Fitness has significant adaptive and interactive capabilities and is important for various areas of life. This contributes to its implementation in all types of physical culture and, in particular, in the physical education of preschool children, but there is a need to classify modern children's fitness programs. The purpose of the study. To determine modern approaches to the classification of children's fitness programs, their characteristics, as well as ways of implementing them in the practice of physical education in preschool education institutions. Research results. The classification of children's programs is based on the same characteristics as for adult programs. They can be classified as follows: by target orientation; by age (for children from 1 to 3 years old with parents; for children of preschool age (younger, middle, older); by the use of objects and equipment (fitness programs without objects, with objects(rope, ball, dumbbells, expanders, etc.); by using special equipment (fitballs, step platforms, etc.), on special simulators; by functional impact; according to the venue and the direction of the means (game, preventive-corrective, gymnastic-athletic, dance, with elements of oriental health systems and martial arts, cyclical). Conclusions. The main tasks of children's fitness are: promoting harmonious physical and mental development of the child; increasing the level of physical condition; formation of vital skills, knowledge about a healthy lifestyle; development of creative abilities. The principles of children's fitness technologies are: the principle of control and monitoring of physical condition; the principle of game and emotional orientation; the principle of initiative and creativity, the principle of self-realization in motor activity.
