Unconventional ways of modern physical culture and sports programs from the systematic approach perspective

Abstract

The article considers the problem of theoretical grounding of the position of unconventional ways in the physical education system and classification of unconventional ways of modern physical education and sports programs from the systematic approach perspective. Objective: analysis of socio-cultural bases of classification of unconventional ways of physical education and sports from the system approach perspective. Methods: analysis, summarization and systematization of data, study of scientific and methodical literature, scientific publications. Results. During the research the system approach was defined as a methodological basis for the study of unconventional ways of physical education and sports, the meaning of the concept of system as a complex of interconnected elements that form an integrity was clarified and studied the properties of systems. Studied the content of the concept of pedagogical system. Physical education as a pedagogical system is analyzed, its connection with the main types of human social activity, personality formation, and improvement of social relations is determined. As a result of summarizing the advanced national and world experience, the following forms of physical education and sports programs are identified and characterized such as: sports programs, fitness programs, recreational programs; the place and role of unconventional ways are determined. The socio-cultural aspects of the classification of unconventional ways of physical education and sports programs are researched. The meaning of the concept of culture as a multifaceted concept is analyzed, it is a human activity, its expression, and a result. The socio-cultural system is considered as a type of socio-cultural formation dominant in the socio-cultural evolution, which includes the majority of the inhabited territories and population of the world, is characterized by large territories and a significant number of its population, has its own original standards of organization of space, society and the state and has certain main features. The concept of socio-cultural systems in pedagogical theory is analyzed and the classification of unconventional ways of physical education and sports programs from the angle of the theory of socio-cultural systems is analyzed. Conclusions. The problem of theoretical justification of the place of non-traditional means in the system of physical education and the classification of non-traditional means in modern physical culture and sports programs has been studied from the perspective of a systemic approach and the theory of sociocultural systems.
