National-patriotic education of young judoists at the stage of initial training

At the current stage of development of Ukraine during the struggle for independence and democratic values of the state, national-patriotic education occupies a leading place in the formation of the younger generation. The purpose of the work is to determine the awareness of young judokas aged 7-9 and their parents on issues of national-patriotic education and the features of the manifestation of patriotism. To reveal the pedagogical conditions for national-patriotic education in the system of sports training of judokas. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature and regulatory legal documents, sociological surveys. Organization of the study: the research was conducted on the basis of the CPNP «SDYUSSHOR No. 6» DMR. Young judokas aged 7-9 years (32 athletes) and their parents (12 people) participated in the study. The results of the study indicate the absence of questions about national-patriotic education in the curriculum of the DYUSSH, SDYUSSHOR, SHVS on judo. The sociological study allowed to establish the awareness of young judokas on issues of educational and patriotic education and types of patriotism. It was established that national and patriotic education is carried out at a sufficiently high level in the educational and training process and personally in the family. The main pedagogical conditions for the formation of patriotism in young judokas are - filling the curriculum with patriotic content, the relationship between the sports school and the family, providing patriotic symbols, switching to communication in the state language, the formation of knowledge about the history and heritage of Ukraine, national and family traditions, customs, rituals, the publication of national and patriotic booklets, posters, calendars, sports uniforms, attributes, etc., the formation of a stable and positive motivation for learning, the introduction of innovative approaches and methods. Conclusions. Physical culture, physical education and sports are a means of forming national patriotism in people. Young judokas understand what constitutes a manifestation of patriotism, which includes pride and respect for the Country, Flag, State Symbols, Ukrainian Language, National Values and Traditions, etc. Judo coaches and parents perform an educational function regarding national-patriotic education. The main pedagogical conditions for the national-patriotic education of young judokas have been determined.
