The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in creating personalized educational materials has become one of the key innovations in higher education, driven by the growing demand for individualized learning that meets the diverse needs of learners. Traditional approaches to education often rely on standardized material delivery, which, while effective for large groups, does not account for the unique learning styles and paces, as well as preferences of individual learners. AI, with its ability to analyze large datasets and generate insights in real-time, offers transformational potential in developing educational materials that can dynamically adapt to individual requirements. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence in creating personalized learning materials and its impact on educational outcomes in higher education institutions. Methods: analysis of scientific literature, abstraction, comparison, systematization. The research findings indicate that the integration of AI into the creation of personalized learning materials significantly improves educational outcomes. Learners receiving AI-based personalized materials demonstrate better academic performance, higher levels of engagement, and greater satisfaction compared to those studying through traditional approaches. It has been established that AI fosters the development of critical competencies such as problem-solving, self-regulated learning, and adaptability, which are essential for success in both academic and professional environments. The study highlights the scalability of AI systems, which can provide individualized educational experiences to large and diverse groups of learners, thereby addressing issues related to resource limitations and unequal access. The conclusions drawn from this research confirm the transformational potential of artificial intelligence in revolutionizing educational practices in higher education. Despite significant advantages, the study also points out challenges such as data privacy, high implementation costs, and the need to enhance digital literacy among educators and students.
