Abstract

The problem of professional mobility of future specialists is considered from different points of view, which leads to the emergence of various approaches to solving it. The creation of a system of professional mobility in Ukraine and the strengthening of international competition objectively require a revision of approaches to the training of future managers. These changes should contribute to the development of their professional competence and mobility in accordance with modern European standards. Experience shows that the low level of formation of various types of mobility among future specialists, as well as the lack of interdisciplinary knowledge among managers of the economic profile have a negative impact on the effectiveness of their professional activities. The purpose of the article is to highlight the results of experimental work on the implementation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of polyprofessional mobility of future managers-economists in the process of professional training. Methods: analysis of scientific literature, generalization, systematization, comparison. The results of the study are presented by the stage-by-stage introduction of pedagogical conditions in the process of professional training of future managers-economists.The experimental work program was aimed at solving key problems in the professional training of future managers-economists and developing their polyprofessional mobility, namely: to show the role of polyprofessional mobility as a holistic integrative personal quality in the professional development of a future specialist in the process of obtaining the qualification of a manager-economist; to develop in future managers-economists the technological foundations for the formation of polyprofessional mobility as a level of mastering the optimal functions of implementing professional activities; managers-economists; to ensure the assimilation of the substantive content of the main components of polyprofessional mobility, in particular, cognitive, motivational, procedural; to promote the formation of interdisciplinary knowledge with subsequent use in polyprofessional activities; to ensure the development of economic thinking in the structure of professional thinking as the predominant use of techniques for solving problematic tasks, methods of analyzing problem situations accepted specifically in a given professional field. to prepare future managers-economists for professional activities in the new socio-economic conditions of society development - globalization and integration.The experimental research work was developed in the following areas: to provide methodological training for teachers of higher education who should work in an experimental group on the formation of multi-professional mobility based on innovative methods of teaching disciplines based on practice-oriented and interdisciplinary approaches in order to improve pedagogical skills; implementation of the didactic potential of regulatory disciplines of professional training of future managers-economists in order to form multi-professional mobility; consolidation of knowledge and methods of multi-professional activity in the process of research activities, project work and industrial practice; work on self-management and self-improvement of economic education of future managers-economists. Conclusions. After all, the need to find optimal ways and conditions for the formation of professional mobility of future managers-economists puts this problem among the most significant at the present stage. In the context of dynamic socio-cultural transformations, a modern professional should have not only traditional skills, but also qualities that ensure successful adaptation to changing requirements. The key of these qualities is mobility, which is defined as the ability to anticipate changes and adapt flexibly both in the professional sphere and in social practice.
