The main focus of the research is on the consideration of modern creative technologies for designing various objects of design activity of pupils and students, their arrangement into exhibition projects that are united by a common creative concept. The purpose of our research is to determine the methods of teaching pupils and students to create art objects and exhibition exhibits by introducing creative design technologies into the educational process. Among the numerous methods of design activity, digital (3D modelling and 3D printing), immersive technologies, virtual and augmented reality technologies, projection mapping, light installations, etc. are highlighted. The article highlights the main characteristics of design technologies (experimentation, hybridity, innovation, environmental friendliness, interactivity) that allow us to determine their modernity and creativity. The results of the research show that the process of creating contemporary art objects requires a combination of traditional techniques and innovative technologies. An important aspect of teaching design activity is the combination of informational and digital technologies with applied techniques to enhance the effect of novelty of traditional art. The advantages and disadvantages of applying creative design technologies in the educational process are systematised. Among the advantages the innovative experience gained by the students, practical orientation of the educational process, increased motivation for learning and project activity, interdisciplinary application of creative technologies were justified. The main danger of turning students to modern creative design technologies is the overestimation of classical works of art and the underestimation of traditional approaches to creativity. An important emphasis in our research is placed on the use of creative technologies at all stages of design, which allows us to teach students to combine traditional and modern approaches in order to enhance the emotional exhibition effect of perceiving art objects. Conclusions. The implementation of creative technologies into the educational process has a practical significance and contributes to the training of highly qualified specialists capable of creating innovative exhibition projects. The creative technologies outlined in the research can be applied in the process of teaching students to design art objects, as well as in the arrangement of exhibition compositions.
