Abstract

In recent years, Ukraine has been improving the educational process, one of the main trends of which is the transition from the traditional paradigm to the creation of learning conditions through the application of modern innovative technologies. Objective is to analyze the health fitness means used in the process of physical education. Research methods: theoretical analysis and synthesis of data from scientific-methodological and special literature, comparison, systematization. Research results. As classification features of health fitness means, it is advisable to use their orientation, according to which they are divided into aerobic and strength exercises, exercises that promote flexibility development, and psychomotor coordination. The main methodological features of health fitness means include: variety and interchangeability, clear regulation, ability to transform, ability to selectively influence the body, ability to solve a wide range of tasks, and innovativeness. Programming classes using health technologies and an artificial controlled environment do not change the logic of the educational process, contribute to health and training effects, and correct the health status of schoolchildren. The results of the study showed that teachers and students are ready to implement innovative technologies in physical education, taking into account the interests and needs of schoolchildren. For schoolchildren with sensory system deprivation, scientists have substantiated and developed a variable module "Fitness," which includes such varieties as "Step Aerobics," "Fitball Gymnastics," "Pilates," and "Stabilization." In the process of implementing the variable module, the use of non-standard equipment is proposed, and complexes of physical exercises using such means as the "Butterfly" expander, "Mini Bands" expander, coordination ladder, Pilates hoop, step platform, balance platforms, fitness rubber bands, and the "Training Set" fitness kit have been developed.  Conclusions. Innovative activities in physical education are aimed at its improvement. Programming classes using health technologies and an artificial controlled environment form positive motivation for physical culture and sports, contributing to health and training effects. It is advisable to include classical aerobics, fitball gymnastics, step aerobics, dance aerobics, strength aerobics, children's yoga, and fitness with elements of martial arts in the programs used in health fitness classes. The implementation of the variable module "Fitness" in the adaptive physical education program is an effective means of correcting and developing the motor sphere of children with hearing impairments, contributing to their physical development and socialization.
