Abstract

The strategies of motivation for regular physical education among students are investigated.Objective. The scientific article aims to study the motivation strategies for regular physical education among higher education students, taking into account the specifics of their learning environment, individual needs, and modern technological trends. Methods. The paper uses an analysis of scientific literature to identify modern approaches to motivating higher education students. The comparative method allowed us to assess the effectiveness of traditional strategies and identify their limitations. The systematic approach ensured the integration of digital technologies with pedagogical methods, taking into account the social and individual characteristics of the audience. The expert evaluation of the developed model confirmed its potential for practical application in higher education institutions.Results. The results of this study are the formation of an integrated model of motivational strategies that combines traditional methods with innovative digital approaches. An analysis of the literature has shown that classical strategies based on external incentives do not fully reveal the trends in the development of intrinsic motivation of higher education students. The paper considers the importance of taking into account social, psychological, and individual factors that influence the desire to engage in physical activity. Adaptation of the model to the Ukrainian context, with its cultural characteristics and resource constraints, opens up prospects for further implementation of innovative methods in the physical education system. Conclusions. The conclusions emphasise the expediency of combining traditional and innovative approaches to increase the motivation of higher education students to engage in physical activity, taking into account socio-cultural characteristics and individual needs.
