Adaptive sports are an important component of inclusive education aimed at ensuring equal opportunities for physical development, socialization and integration of persons with special educational needs. In many countries of the world, models of adaptive sports integration into the educational process have been successfully implemented, contributing to the formation of an inclusive environment and improving the quality of life. Introduction. In many countries of the world, adaptive sports have become an integral part of inclusive education. Developed models of integration, teaching methods and specialized programs contribute to the effective involvement of children and youth with special needs in the educational process. The study of these practices makes it possible to identify key trends and approaches that can be adapted to the needs of the Ukrainian education system.
The study of international experience makes it possible to identify effective approaches, mechanisms and practices that can be adapted to the national context. Considering the relevance of the implementation of inclusive initiatives in Ukraine, the integration of adaptive sports into the education system is of particular importance. The purpose of the research is the theoretical analysis and generalization of the literature in order to determine the international experience of introducing adaptive sports into the system of inclusive education. Research materials and methods. Modern general scientific and special methods were used: comparative-historical analysis (for the study of domestic and foreign experience); analysis and synthesis (for the analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches). The results of the study confirm the importance of introducing adaptive sports into the system of inclusive education and its impact on the development of children with special educational needs (SEN). First of all, the analysis of international experience showed that adaptive sports contribute to the physical, social and psychological development of students with special needs, which ensures their easier integration into society. Studying the practices of different countries, such as the USA, Germany and Australia, made it possible to identify effective methods of adapting sports programs and incorporating innovative technologies to facilitate children's physical activity.
Programs that include the cooperation of teachers, coaches, psychologists and parents, as well as the use of individual study plans for each child deserve special attention. Such programs make it possible to ensure the inclusion and support of children with different physical abilities, which contributes to their socialization and increased self-esteem. In addition, the involvement of parents in the process of adaptive sports is an important success factor, as it helps to provide additional motivation and support. It was also found that adaptive sports help to destroy stereotypes and discrimination, forming a tolerant attitude towards children with disabilities in society. Mentoring and peer support programs are effective in improving students' social skills and contributing to their integration into society. The results of the study indicate the significant potential of adaptive sports for improving inclusive education in Ukraine, which opens up new perspectives for the development of inclusive educational programs. Conclusions. Adaptive sports have great potential for the development of children with special educational needs, contributing to their socialization, improvement of self-esteem and development of communication skills. International experience shows that adapted programs help integrate such children into society and improve their psychological and social well-being. In Ukraine, the introduction of adaptive sports requires the creation of a regulatory and legal framework, improving the qualifications of teachers and the availability of sports infrastructure. This will better ensure equal opportunities for the development of each child.
