Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide a theoretical rationale for the necessity of developing soft skills in future bachelor’s degree students of professional education (digital technologies), highlight key challenges in integrating soft skills into the educational process, and propose a systematized approach to applying interactive teaching methods. The article also explores the prospects of using methods aimed at fostering communication, creativity, critical thinking, and adaptability, which are essential for professional activities in the field of digital technologies.

The innovative aspect of the study lies in the systematization of interactive teaching methods, such as case studies, role-playing, simulations, and group projects, which can serve as a foundation for new educational strategies. The practical significance of the article is reflected in the potential application of the proposed recommendations by higher education instructors to improve the quality of specialist training and enhance the competitiveness of graduates on the labor market.

The research methods include an analysis of scientific literature, systematization of theoretical approaches to soft skills development, and a generalization of contemporary trends in their integration into the educational process. Special attention is given to the adaptation of interactive teaching methods to the specifics of professional education in digital technologies.

The results of the theoretical study indicate that integrating soft skills into the educational process promotes a harmonious combination of technical knowledge and the skills required for successful professional activity. The literature analysis revealed that interactive teaching methods positively influence the development of communication and organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork. Future practical implementation of these approaches will provide empirical data to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed solutions.

The conclusions emphasize the importance of a systematic approach to developing soft skills in professional education, particularly in the context of a rapidly changing technological environment. Integrating soft skills into the educational process is essential for preparing competitive specialists who can adapt to modern challenges and contribute to societal development.
