Abstract

In the modern context of rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICT), the need to update approaches to the training of future specialists in the specialty “Physical Culture and Sports” becomes increasingly relevant. An important task is the formation of information-analytical competence, which ensures the ability to work effectively with large volumes of data, analyze information, and make informed decisions in the conditions of digital transformation of society. Objective - to identify effective methods for developing the information-analytical competence of students through the development of critical thinking, analytical skills, and the integration of modern ICT into the educational process.. Methods. Content analysis of scientific publications, analysis of educational programs, and analysis of research results. The research results The formation of information-analytical competence involves students acquiring skills in information search and collection, critical evaluation of data reliability, analysis of sports performance indicators, and visualization of results using analytical platforms. The use of ICT promotes the development of analytical thinking, enhances the efficiency of the educational process, and ensures students' readiness to work in a digitalized environment. The proposed approaches include the implementation of interactive technologies, project-based learning, and the application of digital analysis tools for modeling real sports situations, analyzing physical fitness data, developing training programs, and making decisions based on well-founded conclusions. This contributes to improving the quality of specialist training, developing their analytical abilities, critical thinking, and readiness for effective professional activity in the modern information environment. Conclusions. the integration of ICT into the educational process contributes to the formation of information-analytical competence, ensuring the competitiveness of future specialists in the field of physical culture and sports.
