The purpose of the research is to study the impact of game methods on the cognitive development of preschool children. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of educational strategies that promote interactive learning, as well as their effectiveness in stimulating the early development of basic cognitive abilities, such as memory, attention, logical thinking and speech. The research used methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison and generalization of the results of previous studies on the topic. The results showed that game methods significantly improve the cognitive development of preschool children, contribute to the improvement of memory, attention, the ability to abstract thinking and the development of imagination, and also ensure the formation of self-control and communication skills. Role-playing games and interactive tasks have proven to be effective for the development of logical thinking, creative abilities and speech skills. The use of Lego technologies allows children not only to master new knowledge, but also stimulates them to independent cognition and creative activity. Games contribute to the formation of social interaction skills, which are necessary for successful adaptation to society. Conclusions: the use of game teaching methods is an effective tool in stimulating the cognitive development of preschoolers, contributing to the early development of key abilities. Interactive learning creates conditions for the active involvement of children in the educational process, increasing their cognitive abilities and motivation to learn. The proposed approaches can be integrated into educational programs for preschool children in order to ensure their harmonious development.
