Use of cooperative learning technology in forming teamwork skills of future teachers

The article considers the problem of using cooperative learning technology to increase the effectiveness of forming team interaction skills of future teachers. The Objective of the article was to substantiate the effectiveness of cooperative learning for forming team interaction skills as a component of professional competence of future teachers. Implementing the goal, which included the implementation of the following tasks: to reveal the essence of cooperative learning technology; to substantiate the features of using cooperative learning methods in the conditions of a higher pedagogical education institution; to characterize the main aspects of forming team interaction skills of future teachers by means of cooperative learning. The study used methods of analyzing the sources used, their synthesis and generalization, and also used methods of observation, conversation, and survey, and data analysis was carried out. Results and Conclusions. Thus, we can conclude that the problem of using cooperative learning technology in forming team interaction skills of future teachers is important and relevant for the current state of the educational industry. As a result of the analysis of modern research, it was found that the problem is in the focus of attention of both domestic and foreign scientists, teachers, psychologists, and practicing teachers. Also, the essence of "team interaction" as a "mutual action" of a team is revealed, which involves mutual assistance, mutual complementarity, mutual responsibility, mutual respect, tolerance, etc. The specifics of its formation by means of cooperative learning technology in the educational environment are described. A high level of effectiveness of using technology as a method in the training of future teachers is determined, which was confirmed by 83% of respondents. The features of the use of cooperative learning technology are substantiated and the main aspects of the formation of team interaction skills of future teachers in the conditions of a higher pedagogical education institution are characterized.
