Abstract

The article is dedicated to the analysis of modern training complexes for swimmers and their impact on the effectiveness of athlete preparation. With the development of sports infrastructure, new opportunities are emerging to improve the training process, providing athletes with better conditions to achieve high results. The paper discusses the main requirements for training complexes, including the use of advanced technologies such as video analysis systems, hydrodynamic simulators, and digital sensors. Special attention is paid to the influence of training conditions on swimmers' physical state, the effectiveness of their technique, and overall progress in preparation. The research confirms the importance of integrating innovative technologies into the training process, significantly improving athletes' results. In particular, the use of monitoring systems helps coaches track athletes' technique and physiological indicators in detail, contributing to the personalization of training and reducing the risk of injuries. The prospects for the development of training complexes for swimmers lie in improving infrastructure for youth sports and creating unified standards that ensure equal conditions for athletes at all levels of preparation. The article also highlights the prospects for further research in the field of sports infrastructure for swimmers, particularly in the direction of integrating artificial intelligence and other modern technologies to enhance training processes. The importance of creating adaptive training environments that provide an individualized approach to each athlete, taking into account their physiological characteristics and training level, is also studied. Expanding the network of specialized pools and training complexes that effectively combine training, recovery, and rehabilitation for athletes is promising. The implementation of such innovative solutions will contribute to increasing swimmers' competitiveness in international competitions and the development of competitive swimming as a whole. Thus, the article emphasizes the necessity of modernizing sports facilities and implementing innovative approaches in the training process, which is an important step in improving the effectiveness of swimmers' training.
