The article examines the conceptual foundations of ensuring the mental health of participants in the educational process in the context of the development of the educational ecosystem. The aim of the study is to explore the impact of the educational ecosystem on the mental health of participants in the educational process, particularly students, teachers, and parents. It seeks to identify key psychological and pedagogical factors that contribute to maintaining psycho-emotional well-being and to substantiate effective strategies for interaction between school, family, and the social environment. The research is based on a multidisciplinary approach, incorporating the analysis of psychological and pedagogical concepts, a structural-functional analysis of educational strategies aimed at supporting mental health, and the modeling of effective practices for interaction between students, teachers and parents. A cognitive-behavioral approach was used to assess the psycho-emotional state of participants in the educational process, along with psychodidactic modeling to identify key mechanisms of stress resilience and elements of content analysis of educational programs and psychological support practices in educational institutions.
Results. It has been proven that the integration of neuro-pedagogy principles, biophilic design of the educational space, and adaptive learning significantly improves the psycho-emotional state of students and teachers. It has been established that systematic psychological support enhances the level of emotional self-regulation and reflection, which, in turn, reduces the risks of stress and professional burnout. A structural model of the educational ecosystem has been proposed, aimed at preserving mental health through the integration of innovative psychological and pedagogical approaches. Conclusions. The proposed concept of the psychological architectonics of education ensures the harmonious development of personality in the educational environment. The necessity of a systematic approach to preserving the mental health of participants in the educational process has been identified, including psycho-emotional support, cognitive hygiene, and the development of emotional intelligence. The obtained results can be used for the development of educational programs aimed at psychological safety and the formation of sustainable adaptation models in the context of modern educational challenges.
