Given the growing importance of the psychological component in athletes’ training, especially in team sports, the development of effective psychotechnologies aimed at enhancing mental resilience has become increasingly relevant. The aim of the study is to develop an adaptive model of psychological preparation for football players, which takes into account individual characteristics of athletes and ensures the integration of effective mental strategies into the structure of the training process. The article substantiates the necessity of a systematic approach to organizing psychological preparation, which includes the development of mental resilience, self-regulation skills, concentration, motivation, and effective team interaction. The research methods included theoretical analysis of scientific literature, a survey of 23 football players FC Kalush, synthesis of practical experience, and qualitative analysis of empirical data. The study identified priority mental techniques that most significantly influence psychological readiness for competitive activity, including visualization, positive self-suggestion, breathing exercises, relaxation, emotional regulation, and mindfulness practices. The results show that 80% of respondents consider psychological strategies to be effective in the context of competitions and training. A high demand for regular professional psychological support and the implementation of both individual and group approaches was revealed. Particular attention was paid to the creation of a favorable socio-psychological microclimate within the team, which enhances cohesion, motivation, and adaptability to dynamic conditions of the competitive environment. The conclusion emphasizes that an adaptive model of psychological preparation, which combines the individualization of mental techniques, their integration into the training cycle, and consideration of team dynamics, is an effective tool for improving competitive performance, reducing stress, and fostering emotional stability among football players.
