Abstract

Ensuring the development of worldview and cultural orientations of art discipline instructors necessitates the adaptation of the art education sector to contemporary scientific and social challenges. The aim of the article is to analyze the current system of art education in Ukraine, particularly the paradigm shifts in the field of art teaching. The research methods used included: critical analysis of scientific literature to assess the existing approaches to the problem under study; terminological analysis to clarify the main definitions, which made it possible to form and comprehensively reveal the action of key synergetic principles in art education. The research results demonstrate that the system-synergetic paradigm is an effective tool for modernizing art education, as it allows for considering the educational process as a complex, dynamic system capable of self-organization and interaction with various levels and elements. The scientific exploration identified the principles of the system-synergetic paradigm, the implementation of which will contribute to the formation of innovative teaching methods in art educational institutions. The analysis revealed problems and challenges related to the integration of system-synergetic approaches into the art education process, namely: the difficulty of adapting traditional educational models to the principles of non-linearity, dynamics, and self-organization; the need for a high level of professional training and readiness of teachers to work at the intersection of different disciplines; the overload of both teachers and students due to the necessity of mastering a large volume of information from various fields; and the lack of sufficient innovative resources and support from government institutions to implement new approaches. Conclusions: The implementation of the system-synergetic paradigm will promote the development of innovative teaching methods in art educational institutions, which will enhance the effectiveness of the educational process and ensure high-quality training of professionals in the field of art.
