In today's conditions, social factors that influence the formation of a student's personal qualities have become more relevant or their influence has changed. The peculiarities of adolescents' relationships are significantly influenced by the martial law, which is the basis for changes in the educational process, including virtual communication. How does this affect the formation of personal qualities, who do schoolchildren prefer in relationships, what qualities are predominant, we answered these questions in our study. We emphasise the importance of moral qualities necessary for a citizen of our country. The analysis of literary sources allowed us to characterise such moral qualities as kindness, justice, honesty, patriotism, sincerity, integrity, independence, dignity, national dignity, responsibility and others.
The study of relationships in early adolescence was conducted on the basis of a sociometric study and the projective methodology ‘Colour Test of Relationships’.
Our experiment made it possible to identify the rank categories of the value system of 6-8 grade students that influence personality development.
They were distributed as follows: the most important - me, family, games with friends without personal devices; neutral - friends, games on personal devices; the least important - my classmates, school.
The materials of this study can be further supplemented by other tasks related to the change in the peculiarities of adolescents' communication in the transition from early adolescence to a deeper age, which involves a change in communication preferences, and at the same time the formation of other moral qualities.
