Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the need to transform traditional approaches to teaching medical ethics in the context of digitalization of education and increased requirements for the emotional competence of future healthcare professionals. The article explores innovative teaching methods that integrate ethical training with the development of students' emotional intelligence. It is shown that the digital educational environment creates new opportunities for modeling ethical situations, increasing the emotional involvement of students and actively forming value orientations. It is established that the effectiveness of such training increases with the purposeful methodological construction of the process using reflective and communicative components. The purpose of the article is to scientifically substantiate and analyze interactive approaches to teaching medical ethics with the simultaneous development of emotional intelligence, which contributes to the formation of moral sensitivity, professional responsibility and psychological stability of future professionals. The study used the methods of comparative analysis, theoretical generalization, interpretation of educational models and structural and logical modeling. The results of the study propose the author's model MIFEC (model of integrated formation of ethical and emotional competence), which combines digital simulation tools, reflective practices and elements of emotional immersion to develop basic moral and psychological qualities. It is found that its implementation contributes to a deeper learning of ethical principles, the development of empathy, emotional self-regulation and the ability to make a conscious moral choice. The main obstacles to the implementation of innovative methods are identified, in particular, the fragmentation of educational content, insufficient integration of the ethical component into educational programs and limited readiness of teachers to work with emotionally rich material. The conclusions summarize that combining medical ethics with the development of emotional intelligence in the digital educational environment is an effective strategy for the formation of morally and psychologically mature professionals.
