The basis of the content is mixed-type classes (aerobic, strength, recreational), structured into a three-part model (introductory, main and final parts), which provides for flexible planning, integration of music therapy, psychogymnastics, relaxation techniques. Special attention is paid to individualization of the impact, taking into account the morphofunctional, age and psychological characteristics of children, as well as their socio-pedagogical status. Practical testing of the technology has shown its effectiveness in improving physical condition, developing motivation for motor activity, increasing psycho-emotional stability and the level of social adaptation.
