Abstract

The aim of the study is to identify effective strategies for creating a comfortable psychological environment for primary school students in distance learning. The article analyzes the main challenges faced by participants in the educational process, such as prolonged screen time, reduced live communication, increased cognitive load, and difficulties in self-regulation of learning activities. Approaches aimed at preserving students’  mental health and developing their stress resistance are considered. The research methods include theoretical analysis of scientific sources, observation, generalization and comparative analysis of pedagogical technologies. Factors contributing to the adaptation of schoolchildren to digital education have been identified, in particular, a combination of interactive methods, the organization of psychological support and an individualized approach. The results of the study demonstrate that the creation of a favorable educational environment is possible provided that adaptive learning technologies are introduced, communication is established between all participants in the educational process and the formation of self-regulation skills. The use of elements of gamification, cooperative learning and reflection methods helps to reduce stress levels and increase student motivation. The need for a comprehensive approach to the organization of digital education is emphasized, which includes professional training of teachers, the integration of methods of socio-emotional development and support for the psycho-emotional state of students through flexible organization of the educational process. The conclusions of the study summarize that the integration of modern pedagogical technologies and psychological approaches allows creating a more comfortable learning environment that supports the emotional and psychological state of students. This not only ensures effective learning, but also develops children’ s skills to adapt to the conditions of digital education, which is critically important for their future development.
