Optimization of the educational institution’s personnel policy to ensure sustainable development of the educational environment

The article analyzes the peculiarities of the formation and implementation of personnel policy in educational institutions in the context of the implementation of the principles of sustainable development. The factors that influence the effectiveness of staffing, in particular, the professional competence of teachers, managerial culture, motivational mechanisms and digitalization of the educational process are considered. The necessity of a strategic approach to optimizing personnel policy as an important factor in the formation of a quality educational environment is substantiated. The directions of improvement of the personnel policy with regard to the requirements of sustainable development are determined. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and practical foundations for optimizing the personnel policy of an educational institution to ensure sustainable development of the educational environment. In the course of the study, the following general scientific methods were applied: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization of scientific sources on the research problem, modeling – to identify possible ways to improve the personnel policy of an educational institution in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. In the results of the study identifies the main areas of optimization of the personnel policy of an educational institution that contribute to the sustainable development of the educational environment. These include the introduction of a strategic approach to human resources management, the development of a system for advanced training of teachers, the improvement of motivational mechanisms, the digitalization of personnel processes and the formation of an internal culture of quality. It has been proved that a personnel policy focused on innovation, professional growth and institutional sustainability is an important factor in the effective functioning of a modern educational institution. The conclusionsindicate that optimization of personnel policy in educational institutions is a prerequisite for ensuring the sustainable development of the educational environment. Effective human resources management focused on professional growth, motivation, innovation and digital transformation contributes to improving the quality of education, team stability and creating favorable conditions for the development of all participants in the educational process. The proposed areas for improving HR policy can be a practical tool for managers of educational institutions to formulate a sustainable development strategy for their institutions.
