Abstract

The modern education system is in a state of dynamic change, which necessitates the adaptation of pedagogical methods to new challenges, in particular to the introduction of artificial intelligence technology. Personalization of the educational process is becoming increasingly important, and intelligent systems ensure the formation of individualized educational trajectories, taking into account the cognitive characteristics and educational needs of each student. The purpose of the article is to analyze and substantiate the importance of integrating artificial intelligence tools into the training of pedagogical specialists for vocational and technical educational institutions. Methods. To achieve the set goal, such general scientific methods were used as the analysis of scientific works, concepts and approaches to the integration of artificial intelligence tools into the educational process, synthesis, comparison of various methods and technologies, generalization. The results of the study indicate that scientific and methodological approaches to the training of teachers of vocational and technical education institutions are based on competency-based, activity-based, personality-oriented and integrative approaches. In the context of digitalization of the educational process, the use of innovative methods, in particular artificial intelligence technologies, is of particular importance. The most popular artificial intelligence tools that are actively used in the educational process are analyzed: voice assistants, global online courses, automatic assessment platforms, personalized learning, educational games, and intelligent learning systems. Examples of modern solutions that allow optimizing teaching, automating routine processes, analyzing educational results, and providing personalized feedback are considered. Attention is focused on the need to develop in future teachers the skills to effectively work with artificial intelligence: the ability to formulate clear, detailed queries; analyze, evaluate, and verify generated content; use it as an auxiliary tool, not as a source of final solutions. This involves the introduction of appropriate training modules, practical classes, and trainings into training programs. Conclusions. Therefore, the integration of artificial intelligence into the professional training of teachers provides new opportunities for creating a high-quality educational environment adapted to the individual needs of education seekers.
