The aim of the article is to substantiate the relevance of integrating digital technologies into the process of professional training of future psychologists for providing assistance in crisis situations, particularly under conditions of war, social instability, and increasing psychological challenges. The article analyzes current requirements for professional psychological activity in an online format, identifies key competencies necessary for effective crisis intervention, and describes digital tools that are appropriate for use in the training process.
The innovative aspect of the study lies in combining theoretical analysis with empirical data obtained during the assessment of empathy, stress resistance, communication and organizational skills, as well as decision-making abilities among future psychologists. The practical significance of the work is reflected in the proposed approaches to improving educational programs through the implementation of interactive and digital training methods aligned with the demands of modern professional environments.
The research methods included analysis of scientific literature, psychodiagnostic testing, and generalization of empirical findings collected among psychology students during martial law in Ukraine. Special attention is given to the role of digital platforms, online counseling, and tools for visualization and self-assessment.
The results confirm that the integration of digital technologies into the system of professional online training creates favorable conditions for the development of key competencies required for psychological crisis intervention. In particular, the use of online platforms, digital psychodiagnostic tools, visualization techniques, and interactive learning contributes to the adaptation of the educational process to the realities of wartime, remote learning formats, and psychological challenges of the modern world. The identified advantages of the digital environment allow for building readiness to provide psychological support regardless of geographic location or the nature of the crisis, thus enhancing the quality of professional training for future psychologists.
