In today's world, there is an urgent need to develop and implement effective educational strategies aimed at developing soft skills and promoting professional self-realization of higher education students in aviation specialties. The study is aimed at developing approaches to the formation of an educational strategy to promote professional self-realization of applicants for higher aviation education. The study used the methods of logical-system generalization, structural-functional approach and elemental modeling to build a conditional-simulation scenario of the educational strategy. Based on the analysis of modern scientific literature, the key structural components of educational strategies capable of supporting professional self-realization of applicants for higher aviation education were systematized. It was established that such components as individualization of the trajectory, mentoring support, digital integration, interdisciplinarity and professional orientation should be considered not as separate measures, but as an interconnected system of educational support. Several systemic barriers have been identified that complicate the implementation of a holistic educational strategy for professional self-realization: the dominance of a technocratic approach in curricula, the absence of formalized feedback mechanisms, weak integration of students into the professional environment, and insufficient adaptation of international standards to the national context. This indicates the need to rethink the role of the student as an active subject of the educational process. A conditional simulation scenario for the implementation of a coordinated strategy for the applicant's professional self-realization has been proposed, demonstrating its phased logic: from tutoring support in the first year to participation in case championships, mentoring circles, and the alumni platform at the final stages. It has been established that the scenario can serve as a guideline for the transformation of educational support practices in the field of training future aviation specialists. Thus, the results of the study not only expand theoretical ideas about the possibilities of educational strategy as a tool to support self-realization but also outline practical directions for its implementation in the context of higher education reform in Ukraine.
