Abstract

The article addresses the issue of developing psychological-compensatory skills in educators within the system of postgraduate education as a crucial aspect of ensuring their professional competence, stress resilience, and psychological well-being amid dynamic educational changes. The author proposes a comprehensive model of methodological tools based on the integration of person-centered, competence-based, and acmeological approaches. The model is founded on holistic pedagogical strategies that consider the individual characteristics of educators, their professional experience, and motivation for self-development. The article provides a detailed analysis of the main principles, methods, forms, and means of training that promote the systematic development of psychological-compensatory skills, including emotional self-regulation training, situational exercises, coaching, pedagogical mentoring, case methods, and self-reflection technologies. Special attention is given to diagnosing the level of formation of these skills and monitoring their development dynamics during professional training. The proposed model represents an innovative pedagogical solution that combines scientific approaches and practical methodologies capable of ensuring effective adaptation of educators to the challenges of modern education and enhancing their professional potential.

The article also emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach to the formation of psychological-compensatory skills, which involves not only the application of traditional pedagogical methods but also the introduction of innovative learning technologies such as gamification, distance learning platforms, interactive trainings, and virtual simulations. These tools help activate the internal motivation of educators, develop their reflective abilities, and support the continuous process of professional improvement. Future research prospects are related to the implementation of digital technologies to support the psychological-compensatory development of educators, as well as adapting the model to different types of educational institutions and expanding the empirical base of its effectiveness. The article will be useful to researchers, methodologists, postgraduate educators, and everyone interested in the issues of professional development of teaching staff.
