The aim of the article is to analyze the pedagogical principles of dual education for future bachelor's degree students in professional education in the field of digital technologies and to determine the practical aspects of its implementation in the context of digitalization and war. Special attention is paid to the adaptation of dual education in the context of the displacement of higher education institutions, particularly the experience of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University (BDPU) in cooperation with stakeholders, organizing practice bases, and updating educational programs according to the requirements of the IT industry.
The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the proposed methodological approaches to training IT specialists, which is crucial for Ukraine's recovery and digital transformation. The results can be utilized by Ukrainian universities and in the field of state education management to expand cooperation between educational institutions and employers.
The research methods include an analysis of regulatory and legal documents, global experience in implementing dual education in the field of digital technologies, an empirical study of BDPU’s activities, and a comparative analysis of adapted educational programs. Particular attention is given to the challenges of implementing dual education during the war and ways to overcome barriers.
The results of the study show that dual education in digital technologies enhances the quality of student training, their practical skills, and professional mobility. Cooperation between universities and businesses allows for the adaptation of educational programs to labor market needs, which is particularly important during the country's reconstruction period.
The conclusions emphasize the significance of dual education in preparing specialists essential for Ukraine’s recovery and its digital economy. Further development involves expanding collaboration between universities and employers, modernizing educational programs, and integrating digital technologies into the learning process.
