A Preparation Model for the Educational Activities of Future Doctors

Abstract

Preparation for the educational activities of future doctors is presented in the modelled process of a pedagogical experiment, which is carried out on the basis of humanism, ethical responsibility of medical students, the principle of an integrated approach to scientific knowledge - as a result of interdisciplinary integration of professional training. The purpose of the article is to present the content of the model of training future doctors for educational activities. Methods. To achieve this goal, a comprehensive analysis of scientific research on the problems of pedagogical modelling and organisation of educational activities in the medical field was carried out. Results. The preparation model for the educational activities of future doctors is presented as a standard of experimental activity for the specified pedagogical goal, which includes interrelated elements, a conceptual block (scientific approaches and principles of the experiment); motivational and target block (creation of an educational environment for the subjects of the educational process interested in the result of the experiment); content-activity block (content of training and methods and forms of interaction of subjects of the educational process); diagnostic and resultant block, which represented the analysis of the effectiveness of the experiment - taking into account the level of formation of each of the components of readiness for educational activities of future doctors (motivational, content, organisational, personal) Conclusions. The implementation of the presented model of training future doctors for educational activities will allow students to develop educational competence as the ability to use communication and informational personal resources to improve the level of health care of various target audiences of society
