Abstract

The article investigates the organizational and pedagogical conditions for preparing future informatics teachers to develop STEM competencies during professional training, aiming to enhance their readiness to implement interdisciplinary approaches in school education. A comprehensive approach was employed, including methods of systematic analysis of scientific literature, comparative analysis of pedagogical practices in teacher training, and classification and generalization of key STEM education components. Particular attention is given to the integration of innovative technologies, notably the D-ID platform, which utilizes artificial intelligence to create interactive educational content. The potential of interdisciplinary projects, modeling of pedagogical situations, and partnership interactions to foster students’ digital and creative skills is theoretically substantiated. The idea of using such technologies was presented during a pedagogical council on March 24, 2025, at Lutsk Pedagogical College, highlighting the importance of collaboration with educational institutions, such as Lutsk Lyceum No. 23, for knowledge exchange. The proposed conditions will facilitate the development of future teachers’ abilities to adapt STEM approaches to real educational needs. Partnership between pedagogical institutions and schools creates a supportive environment for students’ professional growth. The use of AI-based platforms, such as D-ID, opens new opportunities for creating personalized educational content. Interactive teaching methods based on AI technologies will enhance students’ motivation to master STEM disciplines. Such teacher training ensures their adaptation to the challenges of digital transformation in education. Methodological recommendations are proposed for updating pedagogical university curricula by incorporating interdisciplinary courses and practical tasks using AI technologies. Prospects for further research involve experimental validation of the proposed conditions and scaling innovative technologies in teacher training.
