Abstract

This article is dedicated to the study of the modernization of physical education in higher education institutions of Ukraine through the introduction of artificially controlled environment. The purpose of the research is to analyze and generalize the practices of implementing elements of an artificially controlled environment in the higher education institutions of Ukraine. Methods of research: analytical methods (content analysis; method of systematization and method of data generalization; comparative analysis); information search methods (bibliographic search; search by DOI; verification of sources); synthetic methods (interpretation; combination and integration). The results of the research. Scientific works of domestic authors in the direction of integration of key elements of an artificially controlled environment into the practice of physical education of students of higher education in Ukrainian institutions were analyzed, including mobile applications and fitness gadgets, interactive platforms and video lessons, as well as virtual and augmented reality technologies. Their potential in personalizing the educational process, increasing student motivation, providing feedback and controlling physical activity in the conditions of distance learning and modern challenges is presented. Conclusions. Based on the analysis, conclusions were formulated regarding the effectiveness and prospects of using these tools, and directions for further research were identified to deepen the integration of digital technologies into the physical education system.
