Abstract

Abstract. The article analyzes changes in posture in women aged 36–45 caused by harmful factors of professional activity. These changes are considered in the context of broad social processes, including the decrease in physical activity, which is a key regulator of homeostasis, as well as an increase in emotional stress, intensification of the pace of life, and a deterioration of living conditions. These negative trends, caused by scientific and technological progress and the aggression of russia, have a significant impact on human health. Objective. The study aims to analyze posture changes in female office workers aged 36–45 caused by harmful factors of professional activity. The results of this analysis will serve as a basis for creating scientifically substantiated corrective and preventive programs that will effectively prevent fixed musculoskeletal disorders. Methods. The research was based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature and a pedagogical experiment involving 27 women aged 36–45. For the instrumental assessment of the morphofunctional status, photo shooting and analysis of the biogeometric profile of posture were used. The pedagogical experiment was conducted at the "Kinesioprostrir" center in Ivano-Frankivsk. All procedures were performed in compliance with the ethical standards defined by the Helsinki Declaration of the World Medical Association, which guaranteed the safety and protection of participants' rights. The results show that health and wellness fitness for women in the second period of mature age requires the use of adaptive programs that consider their anatomical and biomechanical features. This necessity is due to the physiological changes occurring in the body and allows for an effective impact on health, preventing age-related disorders. To comprehensively assess the morphofunctional status of women in the second period of mature age, posture diagnostics were performed using digital photogrammetric analysis with the APECS AI software. This method allowed for a quantitative assessment of key posture parameters in the sagittal and frontal planes based on eight indicators. The data obtained served as a basis for classifying each participant into one of three diagnostic types: normal posture, scoliotic posture, or round back. Conclusions. Photogrammetric analysis is an important tool that allowed for the objective diagnosis of posture changes in women aged 36–45. Based on the data obtained, characteristic signs of biomechanical disorders of the body's spatial organization were established and documented. These results have practical significance for the development of scientifically substantiated corrective programs.
