Abstract

The article examines information support, media formats and PR technologies in the educational policy of medical institutions of higher education in Ukraine. The following methods were used in the study: analysis, synthesis, generalization. The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the role of information support, media formats and PR technologies in the formation and implementation of the educational policy of medical higher education institutions in Ukraine. The article examines the role of information support, media formats and PR technologies in the formation and implementation of the educational policy of medical higher education institutions in Ukraine. The study was conducted by analyzing the existing communication strategies of medical higher education institutions of Ukraine, official websites, social networks and other media formats. The use of videos, podcasts, social media, and other interactive formats can significantly increase audience engagement and contribute to the formation of a positive image of the institution. An important aspect is the integration of feedback from students and other stakeholders, which allows for a better understanding of their needs and expectations. The developed recommendations include the introduction of new communication tools, optimization of content strategies, active involvement of students and alumni in information campaigns, development of partnerships with the media and other stakeholders. Support for research activities, integration of digital technologies, infrastructure development, and consideration of cultural and regional peculiarities are important elements that increase the competitiveness of medical schools. In conclusion, the article highlights the importance of an integrated approach to information support, the use of modern media formats and PR technologies to improve the image of medical higher education institutions in Ukraine, attract talented students and improve the quality of medical education. The presented results may be useful for the administrations of medical higher education institutions of Ukraine, teachers, students and other stakeholders in the process of developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
