Information and communication technologies in the development of research competence of a future physical education teacher

Abstract

Abstract. The problem of using ICT to optimize the development of the research competence of a future physical education teacher is studied. The purpose of the article is to determine and substantiate the approach to interpreting the essence of ICT, theoretical and practical conditions for their effective use in the process of developing the research competence of a future specialist. Methods: analysis of literary sources, which made it possible to determine the achievements of scientists on ICT problems in the process of professional training of a future teacher with an orientation towards the development of research abilities; methods of questionnaires, testing, thanks to which the level of formation of research competencies of future physical education teachers was determined; methods of systematization and generalization, which were the basis for the interpretation of theoretical and practical results of the study. Research results. Summarizing the results of scientific research on the problems of the content and methodology of developing research, in its context - ICT competence, positions were highlighted that relate to the interaction of external and internal factors that stimulate the process, indicating their features. It was established that the development of ICT competence is implemented through a counter-movement that projects the modernization of the educational system, which is based on the transition to subject-subject relationships between teachers and students, the active use of interactive teaching methods, the formation of an environment favorable for cooperation and constructive communication. Conclusions. The validity of the theoretical substantiation of the foundations of the development of research competence of future teachers based on the active use of ICT in the system of organizing the educational process, formed on its platform of practical approaches, has been proven.
