Abstract

Abstract. The article provides a comprehensive theoretical and methodological analysis of the potential of interactive methods in the process of forming the research competence of future managers. The relevance of the study is driven by the transformation of management activities in conditions of global uncertainty, which requires the implementation of innovative educational paradigms (N. Volkova), competence approach, concept of systemic professional training (S. Kozhushko), substantiating the role of digital and interactive technologies I. (Oliinyk). The study is based on D. Kolb's model of experiential learning, which allowed for interpreting the process of specialist training as a consistent conversion of simulated experience into grounded management decisions. The application of D. Schön’s concept of practice-oriented modeling contributed to identifying mechanisms of professional adaptation through the resolution of real-world business cases. Particular attention is paid to such interactive tools as complex computer business simulations and case studies. It is proved that the simulation modeling of real business processes allows future managers to move away from the model of passive knowledge consumption in favor of active design of management actions. The role of the teacher in an interactive environment as a mentor and coordinator of research search is defined, which contributes to the development of the autonomy of future leaders. The results demonstrate that the systemic implementation of interactive methods lays the foundation for continuous professional development according to P. Senge. The practical value of the work lies in optimizing the training of specialists capable of adaptation and effective growth according to I. Adizes’ methodology.
