The modern beauty industry is undergoing profound transformations driven by digitalization, evolving sociocultural paradigms, and the increasing importance of psychological well-being. In this context, traditional approaches to professional training are becoming insufficient, as they primarily focus on technical skills while neglecting the broader impact of aesthetic practices on individual identity and emotional state. The relevance of this study lies in the need to develop innovative educational approaches that integrate visual identity, aesthetic practices, psychological components, and advanced digital technologies into the training process. The aim of the article is to theoretically substantiate and model an interdisciplinary approach to the professional training of beauty industry specialists. The research methodology includes analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparative analysis of contemporary educational practices, systematization of theoretical frameworks, and modeling of a conceptual training structure. The results demonstrate that the integration of visual-aesthetic, psycho-emotional, and technological components significantly enhances the effectiveness of professional education. It has been proven that aesthetic practices perform not only a decorative function but also act as a tool for developing self-esteem, emotional stability, and social activity. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of digital technologies, particularly VR/AR and artificial intelligence, in fostering creativity, enabling personalized learning, and improving overall educational outcomes. A conceptual interdisciplinary training model has been developed, combining aesthetic, psychological, and technological dimensions into a unified system for shaping professional identity. The conclusions emphasize that the implementation of an interdisciplinary approach contributes to the preparation of competitive specialists capable of adapting to the rapidly evolving demands of the beauty industry, while also opening new directions for further research in digital education and innovation.Downloads
