Purpose. To substantiate the methodological foundations for implementing modern approaches to the organization of teaching in order to improve the overall efficiency of the educational process. This involves combining three components, namely adaptive learning, active teaching models, and an internal quality assurance system for educational activity. The study is aimed at identifying practical mechanisms for modernizing the organization of teaching in higher education institutions. Methods. The study applies a set of general scientific and applied approaches. These include structural and functional analysis, comparison of modern pedagogical practices, logical generalization, modelling of organizational decisions, and tabular visualization of processes. The interpretation of recent research findings in the field of digital education and the professional development of academic staff was also used. Results. A model integrating digital tools into a personalized educational process based on learning activity analytics of students has been proposed. Algorithms for combining synchronous and asynchronous learning formats, selecting active methods according to learning objectives, and designing an interactive class scenario have been developed. A system of indicators for assessing the quality of teaching performance has been formed. The proposed system covers course effectiveness, digital readiness, academic communication, and the timeliness of feedback. A programme of continuous professional development for teachers has been substantiated, including coaching, peer review, and analytical support. Conclusions. It has been proven that increasing the efficiency of the educational process is ensured not by separate technological solutions, but by a coordinated system of pedagogical, organizational, and digital actions. The most visible effect arises when personalization of learning, active student participation, and systematic teacher support are combined. The practical value of the results lies in the possibility of using the proposed models to update educational programmes and internal quality assurance systems of higher education institutions.Downloads
