Abstract

The article examines the role of soft skills and linguistic and psychological techniques in ensuring the effectiveness of professional communication in the conditions of a modern information society and the dynamic development of the professional environment. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing requirements for the communicative competence of specialists in various fields, where successful professional activity increasingly depends not only on the level of specialized knowledge, but also on the ability to establish constructive interaction, negotiate, work in a team, manage conflicts and exert psychological influence through language.

The paper reveals the essence of the concept of soft skills as a complex of universal supra-professional skills that include emotional intelligence, communicative culture, critical thinking, empathy, adaptability, stress resistance and interpersonal interaction skills. It is emphasized that these qualities form the basis of effective professional communication and contribute to increasing labor productivity, the quality of managerial decisions and the level of professional trust.

Special attention is paid to linguistic and psychological techniques as tools for influencing the communication process. The mechanisms of verbal and non-verbal influence, the principles of active listening, techniques of persuasion, argumentation, reframing, positive formulation, speech adaptation to the interlocutor, as well as methods of overcoming communication barriers are analyzed. It is determined that the effective use of such techniques contributes to the formation of a favorable psychological climate, reducing the level of conflict and optimizing professional interaction.

The article substantiates the relationship between the development of soft skills and the speech behavior of the individual. It is proven that a high level of communicative culture ensures successful self-presentation, effective professional dialogue and the ability to productive cooperation in a multicultural environment. Attention is focused on the need to integrate training methods, psychological practices and communication technologies into the system of professional training of future specialists.

The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approaches in the field of education, management, public administration, business communication and HR practice in order to increase the effectiveness of professional communication and develop the competitiveness of specialists.
