Abstract

In the context of rapid technological development and increasing demands for employee qualifications, soft skills training is becoming increasingly important. Integrating advanced innovations into soft skills training is essential to ensure the competitiveness of graduates from higher education institutions in Ukraine in the international labor market. The aim of this study is to examine advanced innovations in soft skills training, assess their impact on student preparation, and develop recommendations for implementing these innovations in the curricula of higher education institutions in Ukraine. To achieve the research objectives, methods such as scientific literature analysis, surveys of teachers and students, and expert interviews with representatives from the educational and business communities were used. Additionally, a comparative analysis of innovation implementation practices in soft skills training in different countries was conducted. The study revealed that the implementation of innovative methods such as virtual reality, gamification of the learning process, and online platforms for soft skills development significantly enhances training effectiveness. Collaboration with businesses and the integration of practical tasks into curricula contribute to better skill acquisition. Utilizing the advanced experiences of the USA, the UK, Sweden, and other countries can be beneficial for improving Ukrainian educational programs. Implementing advanced innovations in soft skills training is a key factor in preparing competitive specialists. This requires the active use of modern technologies and teaching methods, expanding cooperation with businesses and international partners. Further efforts should be directed towards adapting successful international practices and developing new approaches to soft skills training in Ukraine. Future research should focus on determining the effectiveness of specific innovative soft skills training methods for various specialties and developing a system to assess the long-term effectiveness of these methods.
