Application of modern pedagogical technologies in the educational process to improve the quality of paramedic training

The trends in the development of medical education in Ukraine require pedagogical science and practice to study and implement new teaching methods based on the principles of a competency-based approach. From the perspective of modern educational requirements, future professionals should possess skills and professional mobility, be able to promptly respond to constant changes in practical activities. This can be achieved through the use of interactive teaching technologies during practical classes on emergency obstetric and gynecological care.
The article reveals the essence of educational and methodological materials necessary for studying the discipline "Emergency obstetric and gynecological care." It analyzes the advantages of interactive teaching methods in the training of paramedics in higher education medical institutions, as well as methodological approaches to organizing classes in such a format. It is proven that such an approach to the educational process is significantly more effective in transforming the theoretical knowledge of education recipients into practical skills and acquiring communicative competence. The essence of innovative teaching methods that contribute to the optimization of the educational process is revealed. The main interactive methods applied at the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology № 1 in the training of future specialists are characterized.
A diverse range of teaching approaches is aimed at implementing a communicative approach to the professional medical communication of paramedics, particularly focusing on their ability to engage in dialogic exchanges during initial patient assessments, providing emergency medical care for obstetric physiological and pathological conditions, as well as gynecological disorders.
The use of interactive technologies alongside traditional forms of organizing the educational process enhances its quality, making it more comfortable and engaging for future specialists, and more controllable for higher education providers.
