Professional mobility of teachers in the context of educational tasks of modern school

The article addresses the issue of teachers’ professional mobility in the context of fulfilling modern educational tasks of the school. The aim of the study are to identify the main factors influencing teachers’ professional mobility and to develop recommendations for enhancing adaptability to changing conditions in the educational process. Research methods include the analysis of scientific literature, interviews with teachers of various levels of professional experience, and observations of educational work organization in schools. Additionally, an expert survey method was used to identify specific needs and barriers to professional mobility among contemporary educators. The study results indicated that teachers’ professional mobility depends on several key factors, such as access to professional development programs, the level of motivation for self-development, and the support provided by the school administration. It was found that teachers who actively implement innovative approaches and participate in professional communities demonstrate higher levels of mobility and adaptability in the educational process. The conclusions confirmed the importance of developing teachers’ professional mobility for meeting educational objectives. It was recommended to strengthen administrative support and create conditions for teachers’ continuous professional development, including participation in seminars, training sessions, and experience exchange with colleagues. In addition, the need to develop individual professional growth plans for teachers that can meet their personal needs and interests is emphasized. It will contribute to the formation of positive motivation for self-improvement, the expansion of professional competence, and also ensures the readiness of teachers to adapt to changes and new challenges.
